In the Louisburg house, when Nancy's is working on her computer, she sits in a chair near the printer.  The chair is at an angle to the room, and she had a small rectangular table next to it to place all her work stuff, coffee, computer, etc.  The table was too small and didn't fit well with the angled chair.  She needed a table that was larger with storage, and that fit the space better.
