In the picture to the right, the view is to the north.  The parking lot shown to the northwest is for long term (right end), short term (middle), and rental car parking (left end).  The rental car parking is on the southwest end of the lot.  After parking the car, go into the terminal bag claim area.  The crosswalk from the parking area leads to the baggage claim area.  The tour desk is on the northwest wall which is where the Holland America tour information package will be.
