Using this tunnel, you can travel east to Whittier on the half hour, and travel west from Whittier on the hour. Open 5:30 am to 11:00 pm. Be in line at the entrance 10 minutes before your planned time to travel thru the tunnel.
Anton Anderson Tunnel
This tunnel is a one-way tunnel that is shared by both trains and cars. The direction of travel is altenated each 1/2 hour throughout the day.
