Everyone in my family grew up knowing that people went from place to place by car. That knowledge doesn't transfer well to the Netherlands. They have great people movers in the Netherlands and cars are at the bottom of the list of options. We had to adapt our thinking about modes of travel for this vacation and plan it out in advance. That's the main purpose of this website.
To develop a travel plan, we needed to decide what to see, where to stay, and where the luggage is during our touring (an important issue if you don't want to drag luggage everywhere you go).
This website includes all of the above with links to the hotels, places to eat, and information about the attractions listed in a day-by-day format. It also contains specific information about the trains, buses, and trams that will be used during the daily trips.
Finally, there is community blog where Jenny and Nancy can share their pictures and comments on their days in the Netherlands.
